Important booking terms for NSW Party Brigade.

Children’s party terms

Children’s parties are for 12 years of age and under.
At least 2 supervising adults must be on board for each ride duration.
Minimum $250 deposit applies.
$120 per agreed extra 15 minutes.
Outer suburbs surcharge $80.
$250 per hour thereafter for out of area travel.
Toll way usage $25 per usage.
No alcohol may be consumed by passengers under 18 years of age.
Passenger numbers may be reduced when booking onboard entertainment.

General safety conditions

Strictly no standing on seats.
No standing while the vehicle is in motion unless instructed by crew.
Please remain seated and move to entry or exit points only when instructed.
No hanging on ladders or handrails.
No arms, hands, heads or body parts outside the perimeter of the vehicle.
No throwing items inside or outside the vehicle.
Any damage, injuries or spills must be reported immediately.
Crew may refuse entry to intoxicated clients and no refund applies.

Operational and business notes

Engine Number 9 NSW PTY LTD is stated as an accredited public passenger vehicle operator.
All fire engines are stated as accredited, maintained and routinely inspected.
Drivers are stated as authorised and accredited.
Working With Children policy applies to staff attending children’s packages.
Vehicles carry first aid kits, bottled water and fire extinguishers.
